Total Contracting and Improvements, LLC was founded on a long-standing passion for construction and a commitment to doing the job the right way. Our team brings over 30 years of hands-on construction experience, turning that experience into a family-run remodeling business serving homeowners and businesses throughout Jordan, MN, and the West Metro.

Our journey began in late 2017 when our founder decided to turn decades of construction experience into a business focused on quality craftsmanship and honest service. In early 2018, Total Contracting and Improvements, LLC was officially established to provide dependable remodeling and construction services built around the needs of local homeowners and business owners.

Today, our team includes 8 to 10 skilled in-house employees, allowing us to maintain consistent craftsmanship on every project. Unlike many contractors who rely heavily on subcontractors, our work is completed by our own trained employees whenever possible. This approach allows us to manage projects closely, maintain quality standards, and keep communication clear throughout the construction process.

We provide home improvement services in Jordan, MN, and across the West Metro, including Minnetonka, Hopkins, Eden Prairie, Edina, Plymouth, Wayzata, Chanhassen, Golden Valley, and Orono. Our team also serves lakeshore communities such as Excelsior, Shorewood, Deephaven, Tonka Bay, and Victoria.
